We got a really quick offer on our house, so we didn't get to spend a lot of time with the Webbs. However, they were very knowledgable, responsive, and encouraging. They guided us through the selling paperwork and made it all so easy for us.

It was great to find and use Webb's Realty and Associates LLC. I was in contact with other local company's (Sunnyside) that made it very obvious to me they had little knowledge or understanding of the market. Scott and his wife were a pleasure to work with. Even though I live in Seattle and was negotiating from a distance, I was very confident that I was well represented by Webb's Realty and Associates. The Webbs were ref err ed to me by a friend. I contacted them and they viewed my house, took photos, and listed my house. They also made some very helpful suggestions on minor updates and staging. My house sold within 3 days!!! They're responsive and detail oriented. They've also very positive. 🙂

My husband and used Webb's Realty to purchase our first new and (maybe) last retirement house. I am so happy we did. We have owned three others both in Washington and Oregon state prior. Our other experiences purchasing home with other real estate companies was just okay. These agents were from other larger national companies. They seemed more interested in making a commission than helping us. Needless to say, we really did not see the value of using an agent to sell our old home or purchasing a new one. I met Webb's Realty at an open house as I cased out final prospective new homes to show to my husband. They did not push me to leave my name. When I returned with my husband, they were more than helpful. They helped jump over some challenges with the sale of our existing home and helped us through the new adventure of buying our new one. Webb's Realty are not just our real estate agent...they are family. They have been there many times when property questions arose nearly two years after our purchase. We love our new home and Webb's Realty. We recommend them to everyone. This is suppose to be our last home but never say forever...things change...so one thing for sure...we know if we do not have to ever go solo purchasing a property again. We will always have Webb's Realty at our side.
